Our Agents

Our Agents are an adaptable and results-driven team of emergency management and security professionals with significant domestic and international experience in large-scale operations including serving as incident commander, operations section chief, planning chief, and interpreters. We are a group of seasoned professionals with over 150 combat and non-combat missions that utilize strong, pro-active communication skills to build working relationships with internal and external parties to achieve mission results that facilitate rapid and long-term success. Our team members hail from U.S. Military Special Forces Operations, Law Enforcement, Physical Security Specialists (PSS), Personal Security Detachment (PSD) / Personal Protection Detail (PPD) and Government Contractors with security clearances and Worldwide Protective Services (WPS) certifications and significant tactical medical training and experience.

"Mini Cities" for impacted residents

Temporary housing in the form of recreation vehicles (RV) is one of a few ways to house impacted families. It does not come without many challenges though. Finding the right location, infrastructure and availability for a sewer system, water supply, fuel and power supply is among just a few things to be considered. Coordinating trash pickup, food supply, laundry services, showers, restrooms, toiletries, entertainment for comfort, mental health assistance for those struggling to cope with their loss, education and daycare facilities, parking, transportation and pretty much every imaginable thing for any "mini city" to operate should be considered to help ease the pain and inconveniences for victims of a manmade or natural disaster. KC Protective Services imbeds their protection agents within the communities in a security overwatch manner with a concierge style approach and gold standard service while keeping the impacted families safe and secure. Our Military and Police veterans take their training and experiences and deploy them in such a manner as to not be too overwhelming while providing a safe and secure environment for the residents, keeping the bad element out of the communities and minimizing any additional suffering.

Winning hearts and minds

Winning hearts and minds is a concept occasionally expressed in the resolution of war, insurgency, and other conflicts, in which one side seeks to prevail not by the use of superior force, but by making emotional or intellectual appeals to sway supporters of the other side. Nowadays, natural and "manmade" disasters are occurring more often than war and conflict. While families go through one, if not THE most significant and tragic experience in their lives, our protection agents who hail from each branch of the military, go above and beyond to assist these devastated families feel as safe and comfortable as possible while they share their laughter, tears, celebrations, heartaches, memories of what they once had, and what the future holds for them.

Building relationships

Oftentimes when we think of government, we focus on the federal government – but there are plenty of local governmental offices that can significantly impact your community, like your city council or county authorities, school board, local Emergency Management, Police, Fire Departments, EMS and power and water district. Additionally, state senators, representatives and governors also heavily influence how a community can recover from manmade and natural disaster. Our highly experienced protection specialists build rapport and professional relationships with the local government, local businesses, the consulting companies, emergency management and private entities to increase communication, leadership and efficiency in order to speed up recovery and increase comfort levels for those families impacted.
